Shipping policy

Standard shipping is included for all orders within the US.
Extra charges apply for expedited services.

When will my order ship?

• Orders will be processed & shipped the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

• Typically 2-6 business days
• Expedited options (Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day): As noted

Which shipping providers do you use?

• Packages are shipped UPS or USPS depending on your location and which shipping option you choose.

When will I receive tracking information?

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed.  However, it may take a few hours to appear in the UPS or USPS tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.

Can I change my address after an order is placed?

• Once an order is processed, we will try our best to make address changes, however, this is dependent on the service used and extra fees may apply. If you would like to request a change to your order, contact hi@teamkitchen.co
